Group Chief Marketing Officer-ecommerce company

A very demanding and exciting e-commerce C position which reports to the Group CEO and has 16 direct reports in Hungary and CEE countries.She or he will be responsible for leading a data driven marketing with managing and controlling marketing acquisition costs and also delivering online sales results and brand marketing strategy development and execution while driving high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and controlling marketing acquisition costs
  • Developing & implementing Marketing and Brand strategies
  • Coordinating digital campaigns and large tv campaigns
  • Developing & implementing online sales strategies
  • Planning campaigns and analysing campaign results
  • Optimizing conversion ratio on the website
  • Reaching sales targets in online sales
  • Driving customer satisfaction


  • 10+ years (close to 15+ years) of marketing experience with strong brand management expertise (experience preferred: 3-5 years in a reputable marketing driven company, 3-5 years in online sales in start-up or PE driven company)
  • Hands- on experience in managing online sales (preferably financial products)
  • International experience is an advantage
  • Experience with, digital campaigns and managing large TV campaigns (both creative part, production and execution)
  • Experience in developing profitable marketing strategies and implementing vision
  • Experience in managing and controlling acquisition costs (CAC) and LTV
  • Experience with managing data driven marketing (knowledge of tools such as market models, attribution models)

Qualifications & certification

  • MSc/MA in economics or relevant field
  • Relevant Marketing/Brand/Online Sales training / education
